Therapy for Individual Adults & Couples
When you are struggling with relationship and life transitions, grief from loss, stress of unresolved conflicts, and the inevitable uncertainty that life presents, therapy can be a safe place to explore and find your deepest truth.
We offer a caring hand to guide to uncover your authentic self
and find the confidence to create the life you truly desire.
We believe:
Parents are people too and need support for all that comes up through this transformative job.
Attachment is necessary for survival, and all people deserve to be loved.
Beyond the wounds of our egos, there exists a deep well of wisdom and love within each of us.
We do not know the way, but can offer a caring hand and some light to help you find yours.
Sometimes truly listening means offering practical strategies and proven methods to heal trauma and change old patterns.
We provide:
Holistic Individual therapy to adults
Therapy for parents
Therapy for teachers of children
Couples Therapy
What we all really need is to be deeply heard and understood.
A kind and skilled therapist can help you get in touch with parts of yourself that have been long neglected and in need of healing. As child therapists, we will always look for what your inner child is needing. As holistic therapists, we will look at all aspects of your life. With gentle guidance and deep listening we work together to touch into wounded places and find the love that is beneath.
We follow our clients closely, allowing a caring space for what needs to be experienced as well as offering tools to support the process of transformation and healing. Our in-depth training in child development and family systems gives us a unique perspective as therapists. We are able to help you hone in on developmental steps missed in childhood and reclaim the parts of you that were lost, hurt, or forgotten.
Seamlessly blending mindfulness and holistic approaches to healing with evidence-based practices in psychology, we offer guidance to uncover and release obstacles in your path, allowing you to move forward, confidently creating the life you have been longing for.
Tools we use in therapy include:
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
Brainspotting for trauma
Visualization and Mindfulness techniques
Coaching to explore goals and release obstacles to goals

Sandtray
Based on the work of Carl Jung and Gisela De Domenico, Sandtray-Worldplay is a nonverbal, expressive arts-based method of working with difficult emotions and life situations to bring new understanding, move through inner conflicts, and promote healing.
Clients utilizing sandtray create a microcosm of their world using figurines and natural elements in a tray with sand. "The newly created microcosm then acts as a reflection of the client’s own life and allows them the opportunity to resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and to connect to their inner being and recognize the beauty of their own soul as they begin to accept themselves.

Adults who have been traumatized, or who cannot express their emotional state verbally or through other cognitive means of therapy, respond well to sand tray therapy and visualizations.
The environment presents an atmosphere free from threats, violence, and retribution and the clients are capable of acting out any scenarios that present themselves. The therapist works with the client to alter the positions of the miniature objects as representations of the true people and events. By beginning to facilitate change on a fictitious level, a client gains the courage and ability to recognize that these same changes can be made in their own life." from goodtherapy.org
