What Participants are Saying
"Working with Karen has been a truly enriching experience. She brings a rare combination of deep knowledge, emotional presence, and grounded practical tools. I've experienced her as warm and personable-- she listens with genuine care and fosters a space where I feel safe to come with all of my raw questions, frustrations, and stuckness. Karen meets me with heart-centered connection AND delivers incredibly useful insight that makes change feel possible. After consultation, I often leave feeling more excited and hopeful about my work. I couldn't recommend her more highly!"

Over the past six months, I’ve been grateful to participate in the Hand in Hand Professional Consulting Group. Karen creates a thoughtful, grounded space that helps bridge the practical and the personal—supporting us in applying Hand in Hand tools with creativity and nuance, tailored to each of our client cases. The group offers a rich opportunity to explore how we present and practice these tools with parents both in and beyond the therapy room. I’ve especially valued the thought-provoking prompts and collaborative dialogue that deepen understanding and build confidence in sharing these approaches, even when met with initial skepticism or uncertainty from families. Whenever I feel clinically stuck on how to move forward, Karen and this group offer a supportive, reflective space that helps me find new ways to integrate Hand in Hand concepts. The approach honors each family's unique needs and strengths, and truly meets them where they are. This group has meaningfully expanded my therapeutic toolkit for working with parents and families.
