The Present Father Project:
A 6-Week Group for Heart-Centered Dads
Led by Nauser Wolfe, LMFT

Are you a heart-centered man struggling to bring your most authentic self to your parenting, relationship, work, and purpose? Modern life often pulls us out of alignment—with nature, with our bodies, and with our deepest relational needs. And as men, we’ve been conditioned to believe we have to figure it all out alone.
This 6-week (with option for ongoing) group is a space for fathers who want to be more present, connected, and intentional in their parenting and personal growth. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be an integrated father—mind, body, spirit, and community.
