Because fatherhood deserves support too. For dads with babies 0–6 months Saturdays at Little Seeds | 4-week series and drop-ins Babies welcome and encouraged to attend Becoming a dad is life-changing—but there aren’t many places where men can talk honestly about what that’s really like. This group was made for you. Our Postpartum Dads Group is a 4-week gathering for fathers of babies 0–6 months. It’s casual, supportive, and centered around connection—with your baby, and with other dads figuring it out too. Each week has a light, dad-focused theme to guide the conversation (think: adjusting to new routines, building confidence, staying connected with your partner), but the vibe is laid-back and real. We’ll hang out, talk if you want to, and give your baby a chance to play, snuggle, or snooze nearby. Whether you’re looking for tips, community, or just a reason to get out of the house with your baby, this group is a great place to start. What to Expect

The Present Father Project:
A Group for Heart-Centered Dads
Led by Nauser Wolfe, LMFT
Are you a heart-centered man struggling to bring your most authentic self to your parenting, relationship, work, and purpose? Modern life often pulls us out of alignment—with nature, with our bodies, and with our deepest relational needs. And as men, we’ve been conditioned to believe we have to figure it all out alone.
This group is a space for fathers who want to be more present, connected, and intentional in their parenting and personal growth. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be an integrated father—mind, body, spirit, and community.
